01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member," "User," or "you") and JL7 VIP ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") with respect to your use of the JL7 VIP website, mobile application, and all associated gaming services accessible at jl7-vip.net.

By completing the registration process, making a deposit, or placing a wager on JL7 VIP, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to comply with them. These Terms apply in addition to any game-specific rules, bonus terms, or promotional conditions that may be published on the platform from time to time.

02 Eligibility

To register and maintain an account on JL7 VIP, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, as required under Philippine gaming regulations applicable to casino-style online gaming.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities are not permitted to hold player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to participate in online gaming activities under the laws of your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or officer of JL7 VIP, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be listed on any self-exclusion register maintained by JL7 VIP or any applicable regulatory authority.
• You must not be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.

JL7 VIP reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including government-issued identification and proof of age. Failure to provide such documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

03 Account Registration

To access real-money gaming services on JL7 VIP, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact number or email address.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. JL7 VIP will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

• Each individual is permitted to hold one account only. Opening duplicate accounts is a breach of these Terms.
• You must notify JL7 VIP support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
• Account details, including registered name and date of birth, cannot be changed after verification has been completed without formal written request and supporting documentation.
• JL7 VIP may require you to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process before processing withdrawals or at any other time deemed necessary for compliance purposes.

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent point constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any funds held in the account.

04 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on JL7 VIP are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on the payment method selected.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfer. Available methods are displayed at the time of deposit.
• Deposits are generally credited to your JL7 VIP account instantly or within a short processing window depending on the payment provider. JL7 VIP is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. JL7 VIP may request supporting documents before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit.
• Processing times vary by payment method. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may take one to three business days.
• JL7 VIP reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to conduct additional verification checks on large withdrawal requests.
• Funds that have been credited as a result of a bonus must satisfy the applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.

05 Bonuses and Promotions

JL7 VIP may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to members from time to time. The following general terms apply to all bonuses unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be stated in the promotion details.
• Bonuses are credited to a separate bonus balance and will only be transferred to the withdrawable balance upon completion of the wagering requirement.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited time period as specified in the promotion. Unused bonuses will expire automatically at the end of the validity period.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.
• JL7 VIP reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system, including through the use of multiple accounts or coordinated wagering strategies, will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• JL7 VIP's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on JL7 VIP are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules in addition to these Terms.

• JL7 VIP uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for digital games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games use physical equipment operated by trained dealers under camera supervision.
• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the affected round may be declared void and any wagers placed during that round will be refunded. JL7 VIP's decision on technical malfunction disputes is final.
• Bets placed and accepted by the system are binding. Once a game round has commenced, bets cannot be cancelled or modified.
• JL7 VIP reserves the right to void any bet that was placed or accepted in error, including bets placed at incorrect odds due to a system error.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within the game interface. These limits may be adjusted at any time.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on JL7 VIP. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information at any point.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the platform or any game.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks, unauthorized payment use, or identity theft.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing JL7 VIP staff or other members.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited.
• Allowing a minor (any person under 21 years of age) to access or use your JL7 VIP account.

08 Responsible Gaming

JL7 VIP is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all members. We recognize that for some individuals, gambling can become problematic, and we take our duty of care seriously.

• Members may set deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits through their account settings at any time.
• Members who wish to take a break from gaming may request a temporary self-exclusion of a defined period through the support team.
• Members who wish to permanently exclude themselves from JL7 VIP may request a permanent self-exclusion. Once a permanent self-exclusion is in place, it cannot be reversed.
• JL7 VIP enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Any account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be closed immediately and all funds will be returned to the payment source.

09 Intellectual Property

All content on the JL7 VIP platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, and audiovisual materials, is the property of JL7 VIP or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the JL7 VIP platform without prior written consent from JL7 VIP.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, JL7 VIP shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of business opportunity.

JL7 VIP does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

JL7 VIP's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Termination and Account Closure

JL7 VIP reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Suspected fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a member's payment provider.
• Regulatory or compliance requirements.
• At the member's own request.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the member via the original payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

12 Amendments to These Terms

JL7 VIP reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered members via the email address associated with their account or through a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the JL7 VIP platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

13 Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of JL7 VIP, you agree to first contact our support team to seek an informal resolution. JL7 VIP will endeavour to resolve all disputes fairly and promptly through its internal dispute resolution process.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Nothing in this clause limits JL7 VIP's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
